The Chicago Housing Authority (CHA) invites sealed bids for the replacement of an inoperable emergency backup generator at Patrick Sullivan Apartments, a 23-story senior building in Chicago. The project includes disconnecting and removing the existing generator, preparing the concrete pad, installing a new generator, making electrical and fuel connections, and conducting system startup and testing. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, permits, and engineering documentation. Work must be completed within three weeks of equipment delivery, with a two-year warranty required.
