Avon Local School District is requesting proposals for Category 2 managed internal broadband services and basic maintenance of its existing applicant-owned network equipment. The scope includes operation, management, and monitoring of switches, a Fortinet firewall, Aruba wireless access points, and Vertiv uninterruptible power supply equipment across eligible district locations. The attached pricing worksheet requires offerors to provide one-time annual pricing for 12 months of services for each of three years. The worksheet must be completed in Excel format and submitted with the proposal. Equipment quantities include 74 switches, one firewall, 358 wireless access points, and 27 UPS units, with eligible percentages varying by model and location.
