Description
Mobile County is soliciting annual bids to establish pricing and sources of supply for erosion-control materials for the Public Works Department and incorporated areas. The attached bid invitation states that the procurement is for materials identified in the attached specifications and that delivery is FOB Mobile; the specific material quantities and technical specifications are not included in the provided materials. Prices must remain firm from the date of award through September 30, 2029, according to the opportunity description. Bidders must submit a sealed bid, and the invitation requires a five percent bid bond for any contract exceeding $30,000 when bonding is available for materials.
