Description
Mobile County Commission is seeking an annual supply of approximately 100,000 cubic yards of sand clay and 10,000 cubic yards of topsoil for the Mobile County Public Works Department, in accordance with the attached specifications. The bid invitation states that the purpose is to establish pricing and a source of supply, with purchases by political subdivisions being optional. Bidders must provide pricing, delivery timing from receipt of award, and compliance with the specifications. A five percent bid bond is required for contracts exceeding $30,000, when bonding is available for the applicable materials or services. Out-of-state corporations and limited liability companies must provide the specified Alabama registration documentation, and the successful bidder must provide E-Verify enrollment proof before contract award if it has employees in Alabama.
