Description
The 126th Air Refueling Wing requires comprehensive repairs at its airfield apron and related pavement. The scope includes approximately 120,000 linear feet of concrete joint-sealant replacement, 1,000 linear feet of crack repair, approximately 500 square feet of concrete spall and partial-depth repair, approximately 14,500 square yards of asphalt shoulder milling and overlay, approximately 35,000 linear feet of airfield-marking removal and replacement, and approximately 550 square feet of petroleum, oil, and lubricant asphalt road repair involving culvert replacement and roadway restoration. The contractor must provide all management, labor, materials, equipment, and transportation; comply with applicable Air Force, FAA, UFC, OSHA, and prevailing-wage requirements; maintain phased operations and foreign-object-debris controls; and submit technical, pricing, scheduling, supervisor-resume, subcontractor, and exception information. The proposed schedule must complete the work within a 90-day period of performance. The procurement is a total small-business set-aside and requires a bid guarantee of 20 percent of the bid price or $3,000,000, whichever is less, along with required construction performance and payment bonds.
