Description
Rome City Schools is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to renovate the Performing Arts Center at Rome High School. The available materials identify architectural, mechanical, and electrical renovation documents, along with related construction and remodeling work. The project concerns the existing high school auditorium/performing arts facility and may include the previously identified seating, curtains, finishes, lighting, audio, electrical, HVAC, fire-sprinkler, protection, safety, coordination, and closeout work. The solicitation was amended to change the title to “Request for Qualification” and to strike Sections 21-G, 21-H, 21-I, Section 22, and Appendix B. The response requirements otherwise include company qualifications, relevant experience, project team, project approach, preliminary schedule, cost proposal, alternates and value engineering, exceptions and qualifications, references, proposal certification, and evidence of bonding and insurance capacity.
