Description
The City of Bellevue is soliciting sealed bids for renovation of the Crossroads Community Center teaching kitchen and teen room. Kitchen work includes new equipment and hood installation, associated structural modifications, roof penetration and hood exhaust installation, new cabinets, and limited electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work. Electrical and plumbing work require separate trade permits from the contractor. The teen room scope includes partition demolition, interior door and window reconfiguration, and new interior finishes. A non-mandatory pre-bid site walk is scheduled for October 8, 2026. Bids must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. on October 22, 2026, and a 5% bid bond is required. Plans and specifications are available through Builders Exchange of Washington.
