Description
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is requesting quotations for a package of textile and garment-production supplies: 800 meters of polycotton fabric in specified colors, 612 meters of peach-skin fabric, 80 cones of polyester sewing thread, 100 sheets of sublimation paper, plastisol ink, varsol solvent, and kraft paper garment bags. The attached quotation form specifies quantities, colors, dimensions, weights, and material compositions; offered goods must meet or exceed the stated minimum specifications, and product technical data sheets must be included. Catalogs may be attached where applicable, and fabric samples may be requested during the procurement process. The completed and signed quotation form must include itemized unit and total prices, applicable taxes, transportation and unloading costs, and responses to the delivery, warranty, and quotation-validity requirements. The supplier must provide a current company registration certificate and confirm a 90-day offer validity. Delivery is required within 15 calendar days after the purchase order is signed; the buyer may vary quantities by up to 25% per item without changing unit prices.
