Description
The Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority of Louisiana requires comprehensive surveying services to update elevations at active Coastwide Reference Monitoring System stations and associated secondary monuments across coastal Louisiana. The work includes static GPS surveys to establish a network solution, high-precision static GPS observations on selected RSET rods, RTK surveys of hydrology and RSET stations, ancillary marsh and water-bottom elevations, and subsidence analysis using benchmark data from the survey effort and prior studies. The contractor must present subsidence rates in maps and tables and discuss them in relation to the cited subsidence literature and current planning values. Deliverables include biweekly reports, site survey reports, data spreadsheets, and a benchmark summary report. CPRA prefers one prime contractor but may award multiple contracts. Field work must be completed by August 31, 2027, with final reports due by March 31, 2028.
