Description
The City of Coweta and Coweta Public Works Authority are soliciting proposals from qualified information technology firms to serve as the primary IT services provider for municipal operations. The scope includes network and server administration, workstation and mobile-device support, help desk services, cybersecurity monitoring and management, risk assessments, vulnerability scanning, patch management, backup and disaster recovery, Microsoft 365 and cloud support, identity and access management, public safety and public works technology support, strategic technology planning, and separately authorized technology projects. The contractor must provide labor, supervision, software tools, equipment, and technical expertise; support standard business hours plus emergency and critical-incident response; propose service-level commitments and escalation procedures; maintain a security program aligned with NIST CSF, CIS Controls, or ISO 27001; and protect City data through appropriate privacy and security controls. Proposers must demonstrate at least five years of managed IT experience, governmental experience, Microsoft 365 and cybersecurity experience, reasonable-response-time on-site support, and adequate staffing. The proposal must include the Contractor Questionnaire, Contractor Pricing Form, and notarized Non-Collusion Certification.
