Description
Midway Independent School District 27 is soliciting bids for Category 1 services including Internet access from 500 Mbps to 1 Gbps, with leased lit fiber required to include Internet access, and optional managed router service. Bids must identify eligible and ineligible costs separately, include installation, configuration, engineering, maintenance, service-level agreements, and applicable contracts. Price is the highest-weighted evaluation factor, and providers must meet applicable E-rate and Oklahoma Universal Service Fund eligibility requirements. The district is also seeking Category 2 internal connections, including 10 Ubiquiti U7-Pro-XG-B or equivalent wireless access points, four Ubiquiti U7 Mesh or equivalent access points, 14 feet of Cat6 non-CCA network drops under 300 feet, and associated installation and configuration. Equipment, cabling, installation, and labor must be priced separately, and equivalent equipment may be proposed. Bids of 20 pages or fewer may be emailed; longer bids require notification and two hard copies by mail. Contracts are contingent on E-rate funding and school board approval.
