Description
Burlington County is seeking proposals for a broad continuum of alcoholism and drug abuse services, including adult and adolescent outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment, sub-acute detoxification, short-term adult and adolescent residential treatment, halfway-house services, school and community prevention programs for youth and young adults, early intervention services for incarcerated men and women, and recovery support through Oxford House or Class F sober-living residences. Services must address eligible Burlington County residents and comply with applicable New Jersey licensing, reporting, evidence-based programming, eligibility, monitoring, and continuum-of-care requirements. Certain services must be delivered at Burlington County Corrections and Atlantic County Jail, and prevention services must be provided in a Burlington County municipality without an active Municipal Alliance. The solicitation identifies estimated funding totaling $612,622 across the listed program categories. The initial contract period is January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027, with two one-year options. Proposals must include the County proposal form and signature page, staff resumes and training documentation, service-specific licenses and supporting documentation, required certifications and disclosures, an insurance-broker statement, business registration or nonprofit incorporation documentation, a W-9, and the applicable contract form. The County requires electronic submission through its e-procurement platform in the original PDF format; modified originals are not accepted.
