Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a contractor to manufacture and supply tunable down converters identified by CAGE code 91417 and reference number ARDD-LX70. Refurbished material is not acceptable, and authorized distributors must provide proof of authorization from the original manufacturer with their offer. Non-manufacturers must identify the original equipment manufacturer, CAGE code, and offered part number. The item must comply with applicable contract quality requirements, MIL-STD-130 Rev. N marking, MIL-STD 2073 packaging, inspection and acceptance provisions, and any referenced technical documents. Award will use Lowest Price Technically Acceptable criteria. The contractor must maintain inspection records for 365 days after final delivery, and invoices and receiving reports must be submitted electronically through PIEE-WAWF after award.
