Description
The U.S. Air Force is seeking a fabric canopy replacement for the SERE training outdoor all-season parachuting laboratory, including one 60-by-75-foot extreme-span, six-post fabric replacement and canopy installation. A site visit is provided to confirm measurements; vendors must supply any measurement or lift equipment they choose to use at their own expense. Delivery is required within 60 days after receipt of order under a firm-fixed-price arrangement. Offers must include a quotation or proposal conforming to the salient characteristics, a completed Attachment 2 Pricing Worksheet, a completed and signed Attachment 3 Offeror Information & Certification, and a completed and signed Attachment 4 Conflict of Interest Statement. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov at submission. Technical acceptability, past performance, and price will be evaluated; funds are not presently available, and the government may cancel the solicitation before or after closing.
