Description
The U.S. Air Force requires a complete audio visual and video teleconferencing system for the JRC Conference Room. The contractor must provide and install a USB-C podium interface, 4K presentation switcher, AV-over-Category 6 transmitters and receivers, audio processor, amplifier, ceiling loudspeakers, conference and ceiling-array microphones, PTZ cameras, camera and USB video switching, USB extension, wired touch-panel controls, professional podium, equipment rack, two 100-inch flat-panel televisions, mounts, cabling, conduit, and related installation materials. The system must support a Government laptop with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, or another approved conferencing platform without requiring a dedicated room codec, recurring subscriptions, cloud services, or remote manufacturer access. The scope includes room verification, installation, programming, testing, user and administrator training, documentation, and a one-year warranty. The contractor must provide equipment makes and models with its quote, use new genuine OEM equipment obtained through authorized distribution channels, and possess applicable OEM authorizations. Installation must be completed within 70 days after award, with testing and training targeted for days 70 through 85 and final documentation due no later than day 90. The solicitation requires a proposal, completed Pricing Worksheet, completed and signed Offeror Information and Certification, and completed and signed Conflict of Interest Statement. Funds are not presently available, and award is contingent on funding.
