Description
The United States Air Force requires one Trane U.S. Inc. 100 nominal ton air-cooled scroll packaged chiller, tag CGAM-100, model CGAM100F2**2EXD2A1A3B1AX*A1C2B4XXAXXXA1A3A1D1XXLXX. The specified unit must meet the salient characteristics in Attachment 1, including 460/60/3 power, high-efficiency performance, R-454B refrigerant, freeze protection, refrigerant isolation valves, outdoor-rated enclosure, BACnet MS/TP interface, factory-installed flow switch and water strainer, low-noise fans, hail guards, and applicable safety and performance certifications. Factory startup and pre-start inspection services by Trane are required, and startup is necessary for the warranty to be honored. This is a brand-name-only requirement; substitutes and equal products will not be considered. Delivery of one lot is required within 90 calendar days after award, FOB destination. The response must include a conforming quotation or proposal, completed Attachment 2 Pricing Worksheet, completed and signed Attachment 3 Offeror Information and Certification, and completed and signed Attachment 4 Conflict of Interest Statement. Funds are not presently available, and award is contingent on funding availability.
