Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking two small, six-inch orthopedic goniometers under NSN 6515-01-514-7535. The requested device is a 180-degree, plastic goniometer with one-degree increments and an opaque background. The quotation must identify the commercial and part number being supplied; listed examples include Patterson Medical/Sammons Preston part number 7539 and Cardinal Health part number 7539S. The supplies must be delivered FOB destination within 20 days after award to Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico. Commercial packaging is required, with each unit sealed in a suitable protective container and packed in suitable commercial exterior shipping containers. Medical Marking Standard No. 1 and the specified preservation, packing, and marking requirements apply. Quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System.
