Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking quotations for an estimated annual quantity of 18,616 Mil-Spec steel handle assemblies, NSN 1005-01-113-0321, for rod-section cleaning applications. The requirement is for a unilateral simplified indefinite-delivery contract with an estimated one-year ordering period, a guaranteed minimum quantity of 2,792 each once the contract becomes binding, a minimum delivery-order quantity of 4,654 each, and an estimated two orders. The contract maximum value is $350,000, and the estimated quantity is not firm. The item is subject to military technical, quality, packaging, inspection, domestic-material, and qualified-product requirements. A certificate of conformance is required, origin inspection and acceptance apply, and the actual manufacturer and phosphate contractor must be identified for inclusion in the award. The solicitation includes critical-item requirements, technical data references, special packaging and marking instructions, possible product verification testing, CMMC Level 2 self-assessment, and delivery within 139 days after order. Quotes must be submitted electronically.
