Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting one HK416 upper receiver with an 11-inch barrel, identified as NSN 1005-01-699-8364. The specified part numbers are 256058 and 50256058, manufactured by Heckler & Koch Defense Inc. The item is a defense article subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and is classified as a small-arms weapon part. Documentary evidence of Directorate of Defense Trade Controls registration may be required before award. The item must be delivered FOB origin within 421 days after order, with destination inspection and acceptance. Packaging must comply with MIL-STD-2073-1E and marking with MIL-STD-129; delivery is to the DLA Distribution DDSP New Cumberland Facility in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania.
