Description
Georgia Correctional Industries is seeking a qualified supplier for frozen, fully cooked, sliced round chicken or turkey ham. The product must be supplied in consistent cases weighing 20–30 pounds, with one-ounce slices measuring approximately 4–5 inches in diameter. It must be free of egg, milk, MSG, soy, and gluten; meet specified nutritional limits; and have a minimum 180-day shelf life. The product must be manufactured under USDA and Poultry Division supervision, bear a USDA compliance stamp, and meet detailed processing, packaging, freezing, labeling, and ingredient requirements. Suppliers must provide detailed product specifications in the bidder response, along with the ingredient and nutritional labels. Delivery costs must be included in pricing; Georgia Correctional Industries will not pay freight, tariffs, or other fees as separate line items. All attached documents must be returned electronically in PDF format, and the specification sheet must not use shorthand responses such as “Comply,” “Yes,” “OK,” checkmarks, or ditto marks.
