Texas A&M University-Kingsville seeks two mobile LED display walls, approximately 9 by 15 feet each, with a pixel pitch between 2.9 and 3.9. The systems must support live video magnification and presentations, indoor hanging and indoor or outdoor ground stacking, and Apple Mac OS-based design, control, and configuration. The package must include the trussing, mounting equipment, processors, hoists, cables, ballasts, tools, and other components needed for the specified setups. The university also requests in-person training on rigging, setup, operation, teardown, and storage. The university also requests a Yamaha DM5 audio console, an optional YP-DSP card, broadcast software, and a Rio-32-channel stage box. Yamaha education pricing is requested where available. The award is intended as a single sale of equipment with one training period.
