Description
The Corpus Christi Regional Transportation Authority seeks a contractor to supply uniforms and provide ongoing uniform services for bus operators and supervisors. The scope includes maintaining stock, fulfilling uniform orders, taking employee measurements, fitting and adjusting garments, embroidery, and replacing defective or improperly fitted items. Uniforms include pants, shirts, jackets, vests, belts, knit caps, and related embroidery. The contractor must meet specified product requirements, delivery timelines, and service standards; proposed products require approval before a bid may be submitted. This is a three-year firm fixed-price supply and service contract awarded to one contractor. The bid requires a completed price schedule in the procurement portal and five bidder attachments, plus the approved Uniform Specifications Submittal Form. The form must first be submitted through the portal’s Q&A section by the stated Q&A deadline for review and approval; the approved form must then accompany the final bid. The solicitation evaluates price and responsibility, including references and current contract workload.
