Description
Madison-Oneida BOCES, on behalf of itself and participating school districts, is soliciting bids for a requirements contract covering cafeteria paper supplies. Bidders must provide manufacturer and item information, package sizes, fixed package pricing, product specifications, and delivery to participating school locations. Orders must generally be fulfilled within 14 days, and vendors must be able to make at least two deliveries per month if needed. The bid package requires completed bid and certification forms, a completed Excel bid spreadsheet in both hardcopy and electronic formats, product literature or samples for alternate items, customer references, evidence of supply capability, management and staffing information, and a certificate of insurance. The contract term is January 1 through June 30, 2027, with a possible 60-day extension. Award may be made by line item, group of common items, or total award, and bid security of 5% is required unless the solicitation's unchecked exception applies.
