Description
The Town of Boyle is soliciting sealed bids for construction of a sewer system extension. Bidders must hold the appropriate Mississippi contractor license and include proof of System for Award Management registration and a Unique Entity ID with the bid. A certified check or bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid is required. The successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds, each equal to 100% of the contract amount. Minority- and women-owned businesses are invited to bid as prime contractors, and disadvantaged business enterprises are afforded the opportunity to compete.
