The National Park Service is conducting a two-phase design-build procurement to relocate the Hite Small Boat Launch/Retrieval Ramp within Glen Canyon Recreation Area, Utah. The project includes an 18-foot-wide gravel access road, a 35-foot-wide concrete launch ramp with a 16% grade, and two parking areas measuring approximately 5.25 acres and 0.7 acres. The procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under FAR 36.3. Phase 2 began September 2, 2026, and no more than three Phase 1 offerors were selected to proceed. Phase 2 proposals are due October 30, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged; the amendment requires acknowledgment of Amendment 0002 by the deadline. Pricing was not requested during Phase 1.
