Description
The Town of Okotoks plans to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) in early July 2026 for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and associated implementation services. This initiative aims to replace the town's current core enterprise systems and establish a modern platform for future organizational upgrades. The initial phase will prioritize core functionalities including financials, human resources, payroll, and utility billing, with provisions for future expansion. This is an advance notice to inform potential vendors of the upcoming opportunity. The Town anticipates a project start date of January 2027. Further details will be posted on the Town's Bids and Tenders Bidding Portal (https://okotoks.bidsandtenders.ca), and registered plan takers will receive a courtesy notification. A Pre-Procurement Information Session is scheduled for Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. MT, to provide high-level context. Market feedback on timing, implementation capacity, and other considerations will be accepted during this session.
