Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, is soliciting one firm-fixed-price construction contract to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and related services for five low drop grade control structures in Tate County, Mississippi. Work includes clearing and grubbing; excavation, backfill, fill, and spoil-bank operations; water control; stone protection; topsoil placement, fertilizing, seeding, and mulching; stormwater pollution prevention; and environmental protection. The project has a 200-calendar-day completion period beginning with the Notice to Proceed. This is an Invitation for Bids evaluated on lowest price and is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside under NAICS 237990. The estimated project magnitude is $1 million to $5 million. Official plans and specifications are available electronically through the PIEE Solicitation Module; compact discs and hard copies will not be provided. Bidders must maintain active SAM registration and include the NAICS code under which they are bidding. Technical questions must be submitted through Bidder Inquiry in ProjNet.
