Description
This is a sources sought announcement for repair services for roll-up doors at Buildings 3424 and 3379 at the Hawaii Air National Guard Campus, JBPHH, Hickam AFB, HI. The work includes repairing two roll-up doors in Building 3424, which involves replacing the motor operator for Door #1 and converting Door #6 to a manual chain-hoist operation. Additionally, the severely degraded 12'x14' overhead coiling door on the Mauka side of Building 3379 will be demolished and replaced. All work must comply with applicable building codes, safety standards, and manufacturer recommendations. The period of performance is estimated to be 90 days, from September 30, 2026, to December 28, 2026. Contractor personnel must possess the minimum required level of training and licensing to work as qualified roll-up door system technicians in the State of Hawaii. Teleworking is not authorized, and contractors must adhere to all installation access and security policies.
