Description
This opportunity is for NG911 Intrado Viper equipment and services, including TXT2 911, to support the U.S. Navy Region Hawaii Regional Dispatch Center. Hawaiian Telcom Federal LLC is the sole provider of this service in Hawaii and the only Public Utilities Commission authorized provider capable of integrating NG911 into Hawaii's existing network. The purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The government retains sole discretion regarding competition. Information received will only be considered for determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.
