Description
The City of Washougal is seeking a contractor to inspect and maintain stormwater filter cartridge facilities, including filter catch basins, filter manholes, and filter vaults. The base bid covers 23 city facilities with up to 134 cartridges and includes inspection, replacement of cartridges identified as needing replacement, vacuum/vactor cleaning of facility floors, traffic control, waste disposal, and inspection and maintenance documentation. Separate optional pricing is required for up to 10 privately maintained facilities containing up to 63 cartridges. Optional work depends on property-owner participation and city authorization. The contractor must complete the project within 90 calendar days after notice to proceed and no later than March 15, 2027. Bidders must submit electronically through the procurement portal, upload a separate cost proposal and bid-guarantee copy, and mail the bid guarantee by the submission deadline.
