This is a Sources Sought notice for the repair of perimeter fencing basewide at McGhee Tyson Air National Guard Base in Tennessee. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $3,000,000 and $5,000,000. Interested concerns are requested to provide a written notice of their intent to submit a proposal as a prime contractor by April 14, 2026. This notification should not exceed five typewritten pages and must include a positive statement of intent to bid, a completed Source Sought Information Request Form, a listing of relevant completed projects from the past three years (including project type, dollar value, contract number, location, point of contact, and prime/subcontractor status), and a brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel. The Source Sought Information Request Form requires company information, including CAGE CODE and UEI Number, and confirmation of socio-economic status and SAM.gov registration. It also requires confirmation of bonding capability of at least $5 million for individual construction projects. Failure to provide complete information or required documentation may result in the firm not being considered for set-aside determination.
