Description
The City of Hendersonville Police Department is purchasing three new, unused 2026 or newer Harley-Davidson Road Glide FLTRXP police motorcycles. Each motorcycle must be a police model, Birch White, equipped with an upgraded 12-inch “Wind Splitter” windshield, and covered by a minimum two-year factory warranty. The bid must include manufacturer or dealer documentation demonstrating compliance, warranty information, authorized warranty service location(s), a proposed delivery date, identification of exceptions or additional charges, and pricing for all three motorcycles including delivery and freight. The successful bidder must provide required insurance coverage and deliver all motorcycles in accordance with the accepted schedule.
