The National Park Service is soliciting offers for a 10-year concession contract to operate Charit Creek Lodge within Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area. The concession includes rustic lodging, food and beverage services, alcoholic beverages, retail operations, stabling, and public showers. The opportunity is a business-operation concession rather than a conventional supply procurement. Offers must follow the prospectus Proposal Instructions; only the Offeror’s Transmittal Letter must be mailed, while the remaining portion of the offer must be submitted electronically.
