Description
The Alabama Department of Public Health seeks a supplier to provide general pest control services from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, at two Huntsville facilities. Services must be performed monthly, both inside and outside the buildings, to control roaches, ants, silverfish, mice, rats, fleas, ticks, spiders, and other applicable pests. Recalls must be provided as needed at no additional charge, and the supplier must leave an invoice and service report at each service visit. Quotes must identify any excluded pests, and termite inspection or treatment is excluded from the requested services. The contract is for 12 months, with an option to renew for up to five years and a total potential cost of up to $25,000. Site visits are strongly encouraged and available by appointment. The agency reserves the right not to award based on budget restrictions.
