Description
Assumption Parish is soliciting bids for the removal and disposal of junk from 156 Daggs Street, Belle Rose, Louisiana. The scope includes wood, tin, tree branches, tires, and potentially a derelict vehicle. Disposal must comply with applicable laws; burning or burying debris is prohibited. Bidders must submit the completed Contract Bid Form, workers' compensation and general liability insurance certificates, and an occupational license. The contractor must hold a Louisiana State Contractors Licensing Board license for Rigging, House Moving, Wrecking and Dismantling. Work must begin within 15 days after notification and be completed within 30 days. A disposal receipt is required before payment is released.
