Description
The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is seeking a supplier for ten (10) pounds of BDNPA/F plasticizer, also known as a DPA stabilizer. This material is intended for use in energetic material formulation development. The BDNPA/F material must meet specific characteristics, including being a Bis-(2,2-dinitropropyl)acetal/formal stabilized with DPA, with a hazard classification of 1.3C. The quantity required is 10 pounds, and it is to be delivered to Eglin AFB, FL.
