Description
Tennessee Technological University Facilities is seeking two used utility vehicles. Each vehicle must meet detailed requirements, including a gas engine with no more than 1,000 metered hours, hydraulic dump bed, enclosed heated cab with doors, headlights, specified maximum dimensions and weights, minimum ground clearance and wheelbase, independent front suspension, DeDion rear axle, hydraulic power steering, three-speed manual transmission, four-wheel hydraulic brakes, at least 50% remaining tire life, and minimum cargo capacity of 2,790 pounds for four-wheel drive or 2,849 pounds for two-wheel drive. Bidders must include delivery, identify the year, make, model, and current engine hours, provide photographs of the actual units quoted, disclose known mechanical defects, and state warranty information. The university reserves the right to inspect vehicles before award and reject vehicles in unsatisfactory condition. Responses must use the provided bid form and include pricing for each vehicle, delivery, total delivered cost, and estimated delivery time.
