Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) is soliciting quotes for a Master Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to procure various plastic supplies. This BPA will cover a five-year period, with a total capacity not to exceed $5,000,000.00. Orders will be issued as firm-fixed-price BPA Call orders, with individual requirements not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold and a maximum BPA Call value of $250,000.00. The BPA expires five years from the award date or upon reaching the maximum capacity, whichever occurs first. The solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Businesses, with NAICS Code 326130 (Plastic Pipe, Tubing, and Profiles Manufacturing) and a size standard of 650 employees. The scope of supplies includes, but is not limited to, materials such as PVC, High-Density Polyethylene, Acrylic, Plexiglass, Polycarbonate, Polystyrene, Nylon, Acetal, and Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene. The BPA aims to cover the needs of various ERDC facilities, including locations in Vicksburg, MS; Hanover, NH; Champaign, IL; Alexandria, VA; Duck, NC; Lewisville, TX; Mobile, AL; and Fairbanks, AK. Offerors must demonstrate the capability to deliver to all nine locations. Proposals will be evaluated based on technical capability, past performance, and price, with technical capability and past performance being of equal and significant importance compared to price. Offerors must have an active System for Award Management (SAM) registration.
