Description
The Bureau of Indian Affairs is soliciting firm-fixed-price landscaping and lawn maintenance services for the Eastern Nevada Agency and associated properties. Work includes biweekly mowing at the jail, weekly mowing at other listed properties, weed control in rock beds, string trimming, edging walkways, and fertilizing. The contractor must provide all qualified labor, materials, equipment, personnel, and supplies and perform the work without disrupting agency activities during approved operating hours. The requirement is a 100% Indian Economic Enterprise set-aside and contemplates a base year followed by four option years. Quotations must include company information, pricing, past performance, a capability statement, a signed and completed Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form, the DIAR 1452.280-4 Indian Economic Enterprise Representation, and acknowledgment of Amendment 0001. Pricing must cover all Statement of Work requirements in firm-fixed-price format.
