Description
Lander County Public Works Department is soliciting sealed bids for the 2026 Road Rehabilitation project. The work includes mass grading; pulverization and reprocessing of existing pavement; subgrade and aggregate-base preparation and placement; asphalt paving; stormwater drainage infrastructure; roadway shouldering; pavement markings and striping; traffic control; site restoration and disposal; and all associated labor, materials, equipment, mobilization, testing, quality control, temporary improvements, and incidental work. Bidders must use the proposal form included with the project specifications, submit the completed forms in a bound proposal, and provide a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond equal to 5% of the bid. Bidders must hold the applicable Nevada contractor's license and be qualified by the Nevada State Contractors Board before bidding. Plans and specifications are available from A.M. Engineering for a nonrefundable $200 per set.
