Description
Metropolitan Arts Institute is seeking proposals for managed internal broadband services and related network equipment. The requested service includes internet access bundles scalable from 1 Gbps to 5 Gbps, a leased router, the ability to upgrade bandwidth without extending the original contract term, and all taxes and fees included in the quoted price. Vendors must guarantee service delivery, provide firm rather than budgetary pricing, separate eligible and ineligible costs, comply with the FCC Lowest Corresponding Price Rule, and use SPI invoicing only. Equipment and services subject to FCC national security supply-chain restrictions are ineligible. The attached hardware list requests one Sophos XGS 2300 firewall, one Datto DSW100-8 switch, one Datto DSW100-24 switch, three Datto DSW100-48 switches, sixteen Datto AP440 access points, two CyberPower PR1000LCD1U UPS units, and one CyberPower PR2000RT2U UPS. Bids must specifically address the requested services and equipment and must be uploaded through the designated Box submission portal; emailed bids are not accepted.
