Description
The City of Marina is soliciting proposals for a concession agreement to operate approximately 14 acres of Marina Equestrian Center Park, including historic buildings, arenas, stalls, turnouts, parking, trails, and open space. The selected concessionaire must maintain the property as a public park with free and open daily access and provide required recreational, educational, cultural, entertainment, historic interpretation, therapeutic, youth, group, and community programming. Equestrian activities are permitted but not required; if proposed, they may include riding lessons, trail rides, horse rentals, therapeutic programs, and limited-duration public horse boarding subject to City approval and applicable rules.
