Description
Texas A&M University seeks one new ultrasonic surgical aspirator system for veterinary small-animal soft-tissue, bone, and neurosurgical procedures. The system must provide coordinated ultrasonic tissue treatment, irrigation, and aspiration, and include a console, mobile cart or stand, reusable handpiece, foot control, at least eight tip configurations, initial consumables, and a sterilization tray or case. Equivalent products may be offered; the suggested brand is Sonocure, and the solicitation identifies Sonopet and CUSA in its alternate-product instructions. The vendor must provide on-site installation, setup, operational verification, and initial training, along with product literature, technical documentation, and a minimum one-year warranty. Bidders must complete the compliance matrix, provide itemized pricing, product specifications and literature, and three similar-scope references from the past two years. Insurance documentation is required from the successful vendor before work begins; it is not a submission-time attachment.
