Description
Mohawk Medbuy Corporation is conducting a negotiated RFP to identify one or more proponents for the supply and delivery of endoscopic vessel harvesting systems, consumables, accessories, and related equipment. The procurement uses a hospital-by-hospital award strategy and requires pricing across the full breadth of the product category. Participating purchasers may select among installed-system and future-switch scenarios, with committed primary-supplier compliance at 100% of each purchaser's commitment level. The scope includes product supply and delivery, standardized pricing, distribution costs, rebates, clinical and technical support, education, and potential simultaneous product validation at participating purchaser sites. The agreement is planned for five years with two optional two-year extensions. Mandatory submissions include the product and pricing schedule, confirmation and declaration forms, reference information, conflict-of-interest schedule, value-added benefits schedule, distribution allowance, price escalator, required questionnaires, and supporting documentation. Proponents must submit the complete response through Euna Procurement; material redlines to the agreement may reduce the evaluation score by five points, and proponents identified as U.S. businesses may be eliminated.
