Description
This is a Sources Sought notice, not a solicitation for offers or quotes. The Indian Health Service is assessing vendor capability for preventive maintenance and inspection of biomedical equipment, with a potential future acquisition under NAICS 811210. The notice seeks capability statements describing the respondent’s capacity to furnish the services, business size and ownership classifications, and related business information. Respondents must include the attached Buy Indian Act Indian Firm Representation Form. The potential period of performance is April 1, 2027, through March 31, 2028, with four 12-month option periods. Services would cover five health clinics in Idaho, Oregon, and Washington.
