Description
The Naval Research Laboratory is procuring new, brand-name Newport Corp./MKS Instrument optical and opto-mechanical components for ultrafast pump-probe experiments. The 14 line items include delay-line power supply and stage/controller equipment, a broadband hollow retroreflector, clamping forks, mirror mounts, a laser beam dump, a microscope objective mount, a phase-locked optical chopper, a silver mirror, a kinematic flip base, an iris diaphragm, a fiber-optic photoreceiver, and a wheel assembly. The procurement is firm-fixed-price and requires new equipment covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Offerors must be the OEM, an OEM-authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller and must submit manufacturer documentation confirming authorization for the specific items. Quotations must include technical and pricing information, a signed and dated first page of SF 1449, the vendor's DUNS number and CAGE code, and a statement accepting the solicitation's terms and conditions or identifying exceptions.
