Description
Jackson County is soliciting bids for design and construction administration services to rebuild Madison's 850 Restaurant. The design scope includes demolition plans for the existing damaged structure and plans for a single-story restaurant with a roof system that could support a future second floor. Required design disciplines include structural, life safety, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, kitchen layout, fire alarm, and low-voltage drawings, along with specifications and construction administration. The design team will work with the owner and county to develop construction documents for a modern restaurant, kitchen, bar, and related spaces.
