Description
The project involves the addition of a Limited Use Limited Application (LULA) elevator at the Hyder Burks Agriculture Pavilion and Arena on the Tennessee Technological University campus. Work includes all related construction and installation to achieve ADA compliance. The bid is open to licensed and qualified general contractors. A pre-bid conference will be held at the site, and a 5% bid bond is required.
