Clackamas County Water Environment Services is soliciting a progressive design-build team for a force main river crossing project. The procurement includes construction management, scheduling, cost estimation, design-build architectural services, civil engineering, and dam engineering. The attached package includes general and supplementary design-build conditions, vulnerability mitigation materials, and as-built drawings.
