Description
The City of Philadelphia, through its Office of Innovation and Technology (OIT), is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to gather information from vendors interested in providing a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) venue management solution. The solution will be used to modernize operations at Simons Recreation Center, which currently relies on manual workflows. The desired solution should include permit and event management, scheduling and calendar management, financial tracking and payments, equipment inventory management, staff management, user profiles and organization tracking, reporting and dashboards, and compliance with City policies. The solution must be web-based and capable of expanding to other recreation centers. The City is seeking responses that include company overview, relevant experience, product/software solution details, infrastructure/architecture model, key features, support and maintenance model, training model, reporting and KPIs, and pricing/licensing model. This is an RFI only; no contract will be awarded as a result of this RFI.
